2: Adoption of Advisory Board
– Having a separate advisory board to work with exec (max limit to 3), generally designated for out going executive members to nurture / support the new incoming executive members.
– Appointed by the Executive

3: Amendments to Constitution:

– No one person can hold more than 5 proxy votes
