Newport Power is seeking expressions of interest for the role of Football Operations Administrator for the upcoming season.
This is a behind-the-scenes role that helps keep our football program running smoothly without a weekly commitment to be at training or games.What the role involves:• Liasing with council to apply for grounds
• Coordinating pre-season/in season training schedules
• Setting up coach communication groups
• Assisting with practice match setup and Interleague nominations
• Supporting Best & Fairest voting at season’s end
• Ensuring coaches are accredited and supported
Most processes are already templated and structured. It’s largely coordination, communication and keeping things organised.
Time Commitment:• Slightly busier in Feb/March (pre-season setup)
• Light weekly admin during the season
• End-of-season wrap up
Ideal for someone who:• Is organised and responsive
• Enjoys helping behind the scenes
• Wants to contribute without coaching or being a team manager
