The 2025 footy season is well and truly upon us. Last season saw NPJFC reach its highest registration numbers to date with a whopping 21 teams and this season is set to be even bigger.
Recently the WFNL has changed bench number limits to ensure kids are evenly being rotated off and on the bench and whilst we’d love to triple in size we need to stay within the limits of available ovals and safe training spaces.
As a result, the club has decided to place a maximum on registration numbers across the U8-U16 mixed/boys teams. This ensures every child gets the same amount of time on the field, without exceeding league-set limits.
So what does this mean on your end?
We need you to register your child now if you want them to get a spot.
Please note that registering does not determine the division they will play in (U12 and up) but it will ensure your child a spot in the age group.
Once we hit the age group cap, registrations will close, and we’ll start a waitlist. If there’s enough demand to field a full team, we can open this back up for families.
While we hate to disappoint anyone, the priority is keeping training safe and compliant with league rules. We appreciate your understanding.
