NPJFC are committed to fast track the skill development of our players, so in 2019 players will receive a take home ball, that they bring to training each week. This will mean that players will get more touch at training. Our training program will revolve around each player having their own ball which is what every club aspires to do.

So the sooner everyone registers the sooner we can implement our 1:1 skills training program and the sooner we can select and start training in our teams

U8-U12 Can pick up their game day ball at season launch.

U14-U16 will receive voucher to buy leather game day ball for only $20

In 2019 NPJFC are focused on skill development and making sure the players who represent Power have the best opportunities. Our aim for 2019 season will be that each player will have a “game day” ball that they will be responsible for bringing to training each week. If balls are lost, unfortunately it is the responsibility of the families to replace. But at the end of the season the balls are the players to keep.

Players are encouraged to clearly put their NAME on their training balls.

For our U8-12 players- due to the size / cost of match balls, these balls are FREE (subsidised by the club).

For the U14/16 players – due to the size / cost of the match Leather balls, the club will subsidise the purchase, which brings the cost down to $20 for a match ball. (Which is a absolute bargain!!!)
