At NPJFC team selections for U8s, U9s & U10s is focussed on building a strong community and club environment for all our members. This is why in these non scoring age groups, we aim to spread the teams with a variety of schools as equally as possible. This allows children to make new friends each year so when they reach under 12s they have played with most players – which in turn strengthens their resilience as teams change in scoring age groups. Within this process we aim for every child to have a friend. NPJFC also works towards having 24 players per side to maximise even game time /positions for all players.
